Femi is a project-management executive and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of leadership across agribusiness, engineering, financial inclusion and digital transformation.
At Northern Star Global, he oversees corporate strategy, global trade operations, business development and financial structuring. He applies experience gained across agricultural value chains, technology ventures and engineering projects to the challenges facing growing food and supply-chain businesses.
He co-founded Agriarche and CropIT, ventures developing digital supply-chain and marketplace services for producers and SMEs. Across his professional roles, his experience includes projects exceeding ₦10 billion in value, financial oversight of matching-grant programmes and assignments involving government and development-partner requirements.
His work has included initiatives under CBN programmes and grant schemes supported by USAID and UK aid. A PMP-certified project professional with change-management experience, he focuses on clear decision-making, financial accountability and stakeholder alignment. He has also taught postgraduate IT project management and ethics at Conestoga College in Canada.
